My email has changed
How to handle cases where login fails or notifications are not received after changing the registered email.
1. If you can access your previous email
If you can log in to the previous email account where you received assessment results, please send an email-change request from that account.

Please include the following information in your request.
- New email address to change to
- A brief description related to assessment results or service use
After request review, we will reissue the result access link to the new email.
2. If you cannot access your previous email
Even if you cannot access the previous email, support may be possible after customer support review.
Please provide as much of the following information as possible.
- Previously used email address
- Payment time or assessment completion time (including approximate timing)
- Payment ID or transaction identifier (if available)
- Payment amount
- Payment date
Based on the information provided, we verify purchase records and provide guidance on result-page access issues within 24 hours.
Security notice
For security, additional identity verification may be required. After verification is completed, an access link is reissued to the new email.
