If your assessment result or notice email has not arrived, please check your inbox as well as your spam, promotions, and junk folders first.
Searching again with the sender address or the keyword BrainLab may help you find it faster.
If you still cannot find it in spam
If you still cannot find the email in your spam folder, please go to Contact, choose problem type Email not received, and submit an inquiry.
If possible, include the email used for assessment results or payment as well so we can review it more quickly.
Notice
Once your inquiry is received, we will review the related records and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delivery may be delayed because of an incorrect address, blocked reception, or mail-provider policies, so please keep checking your spam folder until you receive our reply.
